I loved Tending the Garden of our hearts! The devotionals are short but capture so much! Great for families with all ages

I highly recommend this book as an introduction to the Orthodox Christian perspective of God and our relationship to Him. I'm new to exploring orthodoxy and found this book to be quite illuminating.

I was looking for an Orthodox Prayer Book that was written in plain, simple English, while keeping close to the traditions of the Church. This book met my requirements. It's small, compact and loaded with all sorts of prayers for any occasion. I'm really happy with my purchase.

Not finished yet but a great start.

This book was so beautifully written to reflect the original text and benefit the lay soul struggling to ascend toward the Kingdom. I am reading it for the second time and will continue to use it as a guide for self-introspection.

Best cookbook I found---Great recipes Was to follow

Matushka was a huge help to get me interested in cooking in general and a huge help to learn how to cook following the fasting rules. I used to never be able to even imagine a meal without meat and now I'm the cook at the small Brotherhood of St John Climacus. Get yours now! I suggest especially the pancakes on page 91.

They are lovely, my grandchildren are looking forward to using them!

We love the book very much, was able to help kids know what’s next step throughout the whole
Book.

VERY VERY PLEASED AS ALWAYS … THANK YOU

An extremely thought provoking book that addresses the “Elephant in the Room” surrounding the Protestant reformation.
Well written with copious footnotes. I would recommend this book to anyone who comes from a protestant background and wants to hear the other side of the story but also an excellent read for Orthodox Christians who would like a better understand of Protestantism.

The book came in great condition and so far we have liked the three recipes we have tried. I look forward to exploring this book more!

I have not yet finished, I am reading it slowly so i can internalize as much as i can, and put into practice what i can, I think this book is amazing

This is a straightforward yet Inspiring and Encouraging Read! Translator, James Helmy did such a remarkable job of staying true to the Elder Abba Matta of Egypt's words in his informal talks that I felt as if I were sitting in on them as they were happening. I like how Mr. Helmy added explanations for certain points to clarify any possible cultural or doctrinal misunderstandings. There were a couple of such annotations which I thought were unnecessary, such as telling the reader the audience clapped at certain points. However, those were few and far between. As a cradle Greek Orthodox myself, I still found myself replying aloud "Oh that's right!" to the unique and innovative connections the Elder made. What resonated the most with me is how Elder Abba Matta could speak to people in such a familiar but instructional way. After teaching a concept, he'd immediately say after "I know what you're probably thinking. But Abba..." It's as if he could read my mind because those were the same questions I had and he surely answered them! *Please note I received a copy of this book only in exchange for my honest review.

Beautiful calendar with great activities for kids

Great cards.

Beautiful icon. Hope it will bring consolation and Joyous hope to those who receve it during this difficult time!

These Pascha cards are absolutely beautiful, and express everything I want to convey to all on my card list! I'm writing this review during the COVID-19 shutdown, and hope that all of our parishes will be able to celebrate Pascha together; but if not, I think these cards will uplift the recipients! God bless you all!! Barbara Pelleau

I am enjoying reading this Bible with all of its explanations. My only wish is that the words of Christ would have been printed in RED as you have done in other editions of The Orthodox Study Bible.

Such a perfect read for great Lent!
