My nest box arrived quickly. Shipping price was reasonable. I purchased the extended medium box. It’s sturdy and well made. The Directions were easy to follow. The box went together quickly.
I had to drill a few holes a bit larger to take the given bolt sizes. Not a big deal.
I like this product! I hope my hens do too!

had small nest box for years with out issue ,,, building new coop and added a med box but this time added the perch popper wow clean eggs next day ordered another popper for small coop ,, awesome products recommend both

Works great!

I had a problem with squirrels stealing eggs from our coop. We installed the Best Nest Box and it resolved the problem. Our eggs are clean and easily accessible from outside the coop. We love it!

This is a very sturdy nesting box. Easy to assemble. It’s heavy & well built, not junk metal like others. Still can’t get my chickens to lay in it but we are trying new things each week.

I would definitely recommend their products. They were quick to take care of issues and make sure I was taken care of.

The reason we bought this feeder was because our old feeder(home made) was feeding squirrels as well as our chickens. We had lots of waste around the feeder and that broke my heart every time I walked by. I have checked this feeder everyday since we installed it (it has been more than a week since we installed it) for signs of squirrels excess waste around it and I have seen no signs so far. I am hopeful that we are finally out of the business of feeding squirrels and of creating waste. Thank you.

I am a public school teacher, which makes me by nature a bit critical of directions with respect to ease of understanding and thoroughness.

Good job!

I have not yet installed it - as the coop still needs to be built - so I will tell you at a later date how the GIRLS like it.....

Received on time and work great. Best way to keep eggs away from the chickens so they don’t eat them. Easy to open and gather. Helps to keep the eggs clean. We have about 8 of these nesters and they work great.

Is worth the price, my chickens love their nesting box .

Our ladies do not like this box, still trying to get them use to it. We do like the concept of the eggs rolling out.

Best nest box I have ever owned. It has stopped the older hens from pecking holes in the eggs . The eggs have never been cleaner as well. Thankyou for a great product!

First of all a fantastic product - well built and well featured and was just what we needed as our flock grew and we got some egg-eating hens (we have around 60 currently) and the roll-away egg collection became necessary. We have 1 of the large and 1 of the medium and just purchased another large (with room for another large in our coop should we need it). Absolutely recommend this product and manufacturer but wanted to leave an informational review for others like myself that read reviews for tips. First of all after several years with hens we think the size capacity is exaggerated in all nest boxes - our hens typically lay in the morning and are usually finished by late afternoon so we keep adding nest boxes as we have a hen traffic jam as we added another batch of pullets. Not sure about all flocks but our experience is that more nest boxes is better (we can tell as we start finding eggs in random places). The second tip for other buyers is keep the idea open to add dividers if you aren't getting good utilization - the community nest box idea hasn't worked in our flock as the more dominant hens will take over 1/3 of a box and then peck at any others that come close to them - which leads to younger hens or lower ordered hens abandoning the box all together. In our opinion, the dividers are a must. I built ours from plywood and then screwed them into the Best Nest Box and each slot has a fake egg zip-tied in it with the curtains removed. The last two years our new batches of pullets have taken to the boxes without any issues compared to prior years when these younger hens would lay elsewhere as the older hens would scare them away. Again fantastic product worth a purchase...just no one told our hens some of the rules to using them :)

I adapted it to my existing setup because of egg eater frustration. It works really good. It took a few days to get them to go into it. I had to put some straw in there to make it appealing and that worked. I have about 25 hens and 6 or so still won't go in there after about a month. They lay their eggs in peculiar places-places where the egg eaters still get them. I am confident however that eventually all of my hens will use the box. Even if it takes a generation.

Can’t believe how well this thing works. If you are tired of cleaning eggs then invest in one of these. Any eggs that has been laid in this nesting box has not needed to be cleaned and has stayed completely intact. Beyond thrilled with this purchase.

We have 45 hens so I bought the large (48") nest box. Most of them have taken to the new box. There are a few holdouts who lay on the ground and we're hoping they figure it out. It is nice to have clean eggs! We did get a Perch Popper also and that helps keep them from messing it up inside although a few try to roost on the lid under the perch (once the perch is up and locked) where the eggs roll. I don't see how they can make that steeper to keep that from happening but it's not that bad. Over all, we are happy with it and I am glad we bought it! I did leave one flap open for a few days so that they would figure out where to lay and that seemed to help.

Very easy to assemble, nice size and I like how the eggs roll out. Took some time for the girls to use it because it was different from the old but now it’s working well. Thank you and keep up the good work.

For some reason our older chickens started eating eggs.
We have a new batch of layers growing with them and didn’t want this problem passed down.
Price, shipping and quality sealed the deal.
Only one egg laid on the floor during transition to new nest box.
Little damage on some of the panels from shipping but easily put in place with a pair of pliers.

So nice to have clean eggs! Chickens transitioned to the new box easily.

My birds haven't gotten use to yet but getting better
