As a novice purchaser I rang for advice. The lady I spoke to was outstanding. She explained everything in layman’s terms as soon as she realised I have no experience in this field. I was initially torn between buying from Chard’s or a rival site, but my customer service experience drew me to them. Delivery was a little slow because I ordered over the weekend, but it arrived and I got was exactly correct. I’ll be ordering again soon thank you.

First time of ordering items from Chards. Customer service was excellent, order dispatched quickly, was received neatly and securely packed, would use again if and when items required were available, many thanks, Syd Hancox.

Very good. Small delay on delivery of item because the box was damaged on one of the items I ordered however glad this was spotted before delivery and would rather wait a bit longer for a perfect item.
