So here's the breakdown.
--- I got this for the lowest price through CCC, They beat competitors by 200-300+ Dollars.
--- Shipping was a little slower than I'd LIKE but in reality, it was very good shipping, especially considering it's on par if not faster than some MUCH larger companies. I got updates every step of the way all the way down to when it got sent to get pinned and welded.
--- Customer service was nearly PERFECT. I have no complaints. I got timely responses (within 48hrs despite high traffic during the corona outbreak).
-- Product was fantastic. There was the SLIGHTEST scuff on the rail (like so tiny a logical person wouldn't even notice) that was likely from the manufacturer. I have enjoyed this product a lot and my only regret is that I didn't order an LMT lower to pair with it.
Overall, I believe I chose the best people to deliver this product to me :) So thank you again CCC. It was a joy.

EZ Accuracy Gas Block Dimple Tool
Didn't meet my expectations, the tip of the tool was too soft and actually mushroomed when I hit tit with a ball peen hammer. the end result was a tiny hole that was barely visible. You may need a stronger tip for this task.

hmm. sorry to hear that. That has not been our experience. We use this tool every day. But, the trick is to mark the dimple with the spike, then drill, not to use the spike to make the dimple. I am sure the manufacturer would send us a new one for you. Not our normal return policy, but your experience is not normal.

We had to put in place workplace saftey measures due to the China Virus that have put us behind, and our volume was unprecently high.
