Badger Ordnance Condition 1 (C1) modular Ambi Safety Selector
Bought one to try out for my Mk12. 60 degree throw is amazing and solid click safety/fire. Profile of the levers are slimmer than the KAC Ambi. Finish is a nice light grey color. I purchased another for my SR-15. Yes, I would recommend this over any of the KAC or Geissele options.

Hmm. Sorry you got black. The taupe are getting harder to get. Taupe is a relative color, as they do come in various shades of light FDE to brown to a green/brown.

Thanks, Michael. Shipping times ebb and flow. We are still working on that. We realize it is a weakness. Months that start with 'J' seem to be hard for some reason. Extremely high sales volume in January, June and July.

M4A1 SOCOM Block 1 Colt Upper Receiver Group 14.5" pinned and welded
The square forge marked upper receiver is really, really ugly. The anodizing didn’t take properly on about half of it. It’s more than discolored, there is a distinct rough texture on the lighter parts. I hoped that it was just grease or something and cleaned it with CLP. Nope. The only reason I didn’t send it right back was I am super busy with work and family right now. The other parts seem good to go. Just the receiver itself is ugly. Maybe I’ll krylon it.

sorry you are not happy with the Colt receiver. I will say that Colt is not known for its aesthetics, and all Colt rifles and upper receiver groups come from their military line, so they are all 100% solid, ready for duty, but sometimes not the prettiest.
We have found that hitting the receiver with a little synthetic oil, and rubbing with a microfiber cloth helps quite a bit.
