The Mk18 build is super-clean and everything I had hoped it would be. Big applause for Charlie's on the build. When ordering this product the buyer needs to know that each unit is custom built at the time the order is placed. All good things come to those that wait and a little patience when ordering will pay off big time. The first day at the range the upper was put through the paces with 500 rounds of Speer Gold-Dot 55 grain GDSP. Flawless function and quick handling as expected. This upper is the REAL DEAL! I would definitely order another custom upper from Charlie's.

CQD Sling Mount for Mk18, CQBR, M4A1 Block 2 - Rear
I bought this sling mount to work with my HK snap hook style sling. For this job, I would give the cqd receiver end plate 5 stars.
Unfortunately, the product didn’t fit over the receiver extension as it should. The tab on the end plate needed to be filed down in order for it to work. While this isn’t a major flaw nor a defect that impacts functionality, it still is a step that I feel shouldn’t need to be done.
With that being said, I would still recommend this product as it feels durable, functions well, and looks nice on my rifle.

True KAC parts are expensive, no doubt. Just to be sure our price was in-line, I checked, and the manufacturer and one of our competitors both sell the same product for more $$ than we do, so while I admit anything Knight's costs a lot, I dispute your claim that we are 4x more than others.
Sorry you had a bad experience with customer service at Charlie's. Not sure how much service a $20 plastic part needed, but give us another try !!! Lots of good reviews here, but we are publishing yours untouched.
