I love charles custom Clones!! They have the top of the line Clones and Clones parts!! 💯!!!

Before I say anything, please understand that I am aware these are extraordinary times and I can only imagine the challenges you are overcoming each and every day. That said, I ordered a URG that showed in stock and expect to ship in 5-8 days. Ten business days later I sent an email to update the status of the order. The sales staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. They said that the item was actually not in stock and gave me some options. Unfortunately, the options were not accompanied with an expected timeline. The timeline was a significant portion of my decision matrix. You can not communicate with the sales staff by any means other than email. I spent days asking questions and waiting for replies. The replies eventually came but often 24 hours later and often creating additional questions. They were helpful, but just not available enough. One phone call could have solved a week of frustration. . . and probably saved the sales staff some time as well. . . even so, I found everyone trying to help (the customer service people would answer the phone but did not seem technically trained to deal with any questions I couldn't answer myself through the website).

Great customer service! Great communication and lighting fast shipping what more could ask for in a business especially in these trying times in the firearms industry. Would definitely recommend Charlie’s to anyone these guys have there act to together like a well oiled machine.

Charles had cool stuff no doubt! Buy from them if you want what they have. Great clone items. But the reason not 5 stars is taking forever to ship. I feel like longer then necessary.
