Well, parts are a sore spot right now. Rifle makers cannot get all the parts to make rifles, and getting barrels, muzzle devices and BCGs is at a crisis for us and for the industry. It probably will not get better. Each month it is getting harder. You would not begin to believe how much time we spend every day locating parts. Last year it was about locating customers.

I judge the quality of service by the amount swag I get with the order. So far you guys have sent me a sweet patch that i have on my rifle bag and a bunch of cool stickers that are currently on the safe. Also I'm guessing all the clone nerds have trouble waiting for their parts BC you sent me like 8 emails as to where my order was at. I don't find that necessary but it does show that you're communicative, accountable and client focused, so I guess that's good. In all seriousness I appreciate your services and tell everyone that you're a great source for those hard to find parts. Keep up the great work guys!

thanks for the feedback. Yeah, we found our customers like the swag, so we also beg our suppliers for swag, and we have Charlies stickers and stuff. Some people think we don't communicate enough, others think we over communicate. It is hard to hit the sweet spot. We try to mix it up and give you good information and keep it fun and also have serious emails.

Sorry we missed your call. We do have customer service by phone, but the lines get really busy, and a few of the phone support guys have been reassiged to shipping as order volume in early 2021 is very heavy

Pretty easy to order, and phenomenal that I could find what I was looking for. It was a discontinued muzzle device for a proprietary attachment. I wish there was guest checkout instead of creating an account.

we understand your concern. As we sell military correct items, the agencies that supervise us have requied certain positive ID in purchasing. First time buyers get a little extra look over to make sure that parts are not being shipped to the wrong people (overseas). We hope you come back.

That is a PayPal issue. They do not allow anything that touches a gun to be purchased using PayPal. Give them a call and complain. It is possible to use PayPal for some items, but not much on our Website.
