Took a while for the product to ship. After about 3 weeks I contacted them about it and they got the ball rolling and it shipped within a couple days after that. The product was what it was supposed to be. No major complaints. I was satisfied in the end and they are responsive when you contact them.

Sorry for your dissapointment. Right now, in early 2021, everything is moving much slower. Some parts, like the one you ordered, are shipped from our workshop, where our armorers are building quality rifles and upper receivers, and between a huge spike in orders, the COVID social distancing in the workshop, and parts deliveries to us being pushed out, we are not as fast as we would like to be. We do put our energies on quality work and quality brands, and at times speed does suffer.

I ordered an upper for a clone I was working on. They informed me prior to it arriving at my house that it was likely not complete and that hey could rectify the issue if it was in fact incomplete. It arrived without a couple of parts, I informed them and 5ey worked with me on a solution that worked out perfectly.
The delays in shipping, etc. could not be helped, perhaps the missing parts could have been avoided, however their awesome customer service certainly made up for it, and I’ll gladly do business with them again.
