thanks. we take customer service seriously. Our guys are available on chat 6-1/2 days a week, and are the guys who know their stuff, not random outsourced staff. It was not always that way. We have invested heavily in customer service. Sometimes, we have to get the guys off the phone and help ship. We hope you come back.
