thanks for asking me to leave a review for Charlie's. I don't normally leave reviews. But, the customer service was amazing, and product selection is spot-on for my Mk12 military clone build. the guys on the phone and on web chat actually knew their ****, and helped me with some selection. John is a master with the Mk12 and all the scope options, and thanks to Steve to telling me how to install a small part. I felt stupid after he helped me. Quality is A+++. Shipping time was actually pretty good. I hear others waiting 4 months. I had to wait 5 weeks for a custom upper. That's not bad. I have waited longer at Geissele and at LaRue and CCC kept me informed all the way. I will be a repeat customer, for sure. Thanks guys.

Charlie’s has improved 150% since i started using them.fast shipping great communication great timely returns.I search the net for every site that claims to have hard to find colt parts some do most don’t I always go to CCC first then everyone else .CCC is not the cheapest but they generally have what I’m looking for ,for me it’s CCC then everyone else 👍

thanks for the balance feedback. We are a 3-year old start up, and had some bumps. We take customer feedback seriously, and have invested in faster shipping and better communications. Product selection and quality we think have always been there. We try to keep ahead of the curve with Colt products, and it costs alot to keep inventory. You are right, you can find website with prices from 2016, but have not sold a part in 3 or 4 years, so some of our prices might seem high. We watch gunbroker.com and try to stay below the actual market price, but clearly higher that we all used to enjoy in the past.

we like in-stock. And, some items are priced higher in 2021 than they were in 2020, for sure. Unfortunately, manufactuers keep increasing prices, and most of our manufacturers set MAP limits, for which we cannot price below.
