I knew that I was taking a chance with a small company when I placed my order for a pistol upper. That said, here is the good, bad, and ugly of my experience. The good is that it is a high quality product and I am quite happy with it. The bad is that it took three months to get. I am aware of the issues facing the firearms industry but that seems a bit extreme to me. They were prompt to respond to my emails asking for updates, however. Ultimately, I feel that if you are in no hurry then place an order and you won't be disappointed. If you need (or just want) it quick, then look elsewhere.

yeah, we agree. Right now, getting parts is a nightmare. Barrels, Colt upper receivers, rails, Surefire was an issue a few months back. We are in a parts desert. Try our best

thanks for the balanced feedbak. We have choices as a business: 1) great products and selection, 2) having products in stock, 3) knowlegable and accessible staff, 4) fast shipping, and 6) lowest price.
We have yet to find one businesss that can do all six. Pick 4. :) We concetrate on great products and in-stock inventory, and top team talent. That means our costs are a little higher. Amazon does #5 and #6 real well, We think our prices are reasonable, taken as a whole, but some items you can find a lower price. Often that lower price is not in stock. Thanks for your business and your honest comments. Real feedback from real customers is important. Lots of BS out there from people who not customers. Hope you return
