I ordered 3 items, two were wrong. They acted like they didn’t believe me and still haven’t made the adjustment I requested, the say they will get to it but its been busy but have the time to write emails. 2 stars because 1 of the 3 items were correct and I should grateful that’s right.

Fast shipping, great communication from order to delivery. The parts I ordered are incredibly hard to find nowadays but they’re also mission critical so the fact they even had them when no one else did impressed me, but the fact they didn’t gouge me was really cool as well. Took about two weeks total to get the order in the middle of the coof hysteria so that’s pretty good imo.

Unfortunately the LMT stock in fde I ordered (paid $283 shipped)was damaged when it arrived. I have zero tolerance to wait for the entire refund process so I sold it that same day online and went to Larue Tactical and they shipped me one overnight for the second LMT stock and it was not damaged like from the one I received from Charlies. I am a retired veteran and unfortunately will have to take my business elsewhere. I had heard the horror stories with this company and decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. And it happened to me. Lesson learned. The stock was shipped damaged. The damage happened while in stock at their facility due to the nature of the deep chip/scratch. Does it affect the function? Nope, not at all, but shipping a used/damaged product is unacceptable.

Did you not tell us about this? We are large LMT shop and seldom see damaged product, but would have shipped you a new one. Sometimes we cannot help if you don't ask. Hope you will give us another try
