I bought at Charlie’s without knowing the negative reviews and wasn’t aware until customer service thanked me for my order right after placing. CCC was in contact regarding the order at all times, they were quick to answer questions and outline the process. Needless to say I got my upper within 3 weeks of ordering, which is fantastic considering availability and covid.
