I received the wrong item sent it back and it’s been two weeks and haven’t herd anything, waiting to receive right part.

I placed the order on December 10 and the goods were shipped on December 23 also making the wrong type of shipment.
Shipping Method: Signature Required / Insured (UPS Worldwide Express®) paid for 98.7 USD and shipped via USPS first class.
Bad service! And to my support request emails I have not received any explanation.
Never again!

Exactly what I ordered, fast delivery, great service.

I am torn with my experience but I will note the key points. I do believe Charlie deserves at least a four star review, but I will likely not be purchasing from them again. I believe the staff to be as good of people as they come. My first phone call in I spoke with a man who was down to earth and friendly, I feel as though I could hang out and talk with a man like that all day as if he was my brother. Further communications to check on my order were poor, because I was unable to get a hold of anyone. I called countless time and would sit through the telephonic system only to not be connected with anyone at all and the line would drop me. Once I did leave a message and got no response. Once I sent and email and waited a week to get a response. I sent another email and got a response again in excess of their claim two day reply time. The rifle I purchased was exactly as describe and just as I expected. Charlie’s absolutely delivered what they said they would. I received the rifle over one month after I placed the order. I find this shipping time to be unacceptable. Maybe this day and age we all can be impatient, but we also live in the day and age of two day shipping. I believe the owners and operators of Charlie’s to be first rate citizens, I will not purchase from them again only because of the delays in receiving my purchase. Thank you and God bless.

Third firearm ordered from CCC in last 3 months. This time ordered a Daniel Defense DDM4 V7 pistol. Great online help, great price, good communication from order placement to delivery notification. No issues at all with the process. I will not hesitate to use CCC again for my next purchase.

I ordered a complete ar15 lower. They sent me the wrong item on the first try but I can forgive that. No one’s perfect. On the second try they did send the correct item. My initial choice of FFL was Academy sporting goods and they were a nightmare. Charlie’s customs tried really hard to work with them and I really appreciate their effort. After it became clear that Academy was useless, they suggested a local gun shop they had worked with before. This worked much better and I appreciated their help with this. The only reason I am taking one star off is because they seem averse to phone calls. They force everything through email and chat. I just like to talk to people to resolve things because the conversation goes much faster as compared to email. They were always helpful and courteous though and in the end I got what I ordered so I will probably be a returning customer.

Worst customer service ever! Bought a brand new gun and it was shipped without the factory box. They then lied and said they dont come with boxes. Colt said otherwise and even verified by serial numer it had a factory box. Futhermore they refuse to replace with one with a box unless i paid for shipping both ways and covered my transfee fees which would cost and additional $400..... They messed up and wont own up to it. Mis advertising and multiple lies!!!

I ordered a few items, including a KAC rear sight, and front and rear CQD sling mounts. The next day I contacted Charlies to ask for a small part that was not listed on the site. I received a response email later that same day letting me know that it was approved to add said part to my order, just to let them know as it was normally not sold, but used in custom builds. In short, I received exactly what I needed and everyone I was in contact with were very professional and polite. Thank you!

From order to receiving, there were 10 days maybe! Upon ordering, I was told it’d be a couple of weeks for processing and shipping, not the case, I received my shipping confirmation 48hrs after placing the order!

Even my local FFL who handled the transfer couldn't beat the price I got from Charlie's. The staff I can't say enough about. A little back story I live in California (sad trombone) and this was my first Out of State FFL Transfer. The staff, Steve and John, who helped me were absolute LEGENDS. Every question I had they had a clear concise answer. The purchase, shipping and item itself I couldn't ask for more. True professionals. Highly recommended. As I said before LEGENDS.

Fast delivery and after the post office screwed up my mail forwarding Charlie’s travels the pa mage down and still got it to me.
