I am very happy with my purchase. I was able to chat with Levon, and he helped me find an HK pistol, and with the way HK pistols are unobtainium anywhere, I was super happy. Levon gave me a link to the 'how to buy a firearm' which is great. I need step by step instructions, and do not usually purchase pistols online, so it was idiot proof. Charlie's team had service that was like being at a walk-in gun shop. Very personable and knowledgeable and patient. As for the Hk pistol... that is another review. Wow. made in Germany. I am in heaven. Should I ask Levon for an MP5? ha ha. I wish. Well, if Charlie's worked for me, I am sure you will be very happy as well. Oh, btw, spoiler alert: you have to have your local dealer send in their license.

Very patient and understanding technical support team. Between Steve and Levon, these guys know a lot. I am sure Charlie has taught them well. Steve helped me with the selection of a gas block, and I had no idea that I did not need to have the gas block pinned. Who knew? He told me the US Navy SEALS have used low profile gas blocks with Red Loctite for years, and Steve dimpled my barrel. How cool is that. He put together an amazing upper receiver. I was torn between Mk18 and FBI upper, and Levon took the time to put them in perspective. At the end, I went for the Mk18. What a classic. Great group of folks. Amazing craftsmanship. I did not have to wait that long for a custom built upper. I am sure these guys are busy. I had heard great things on Facebook, and it is true, and then some. And, they use the real materials that the Navy used back in 2002. I will be back.

I had been struggling with upgrading my semi Colt CAR15 GAU5-A clone to a GAU5-P.and changing the 1/12 to a 1/7 barrel. When I saw that Charlie's had the Colt 6920 16in 1/7 barrels with proper markings I had to do it.....and I am happy I did. Shipping was fast and I have no complaints. Thanks

Price gouging company and tried to delete my account when I left a bad review claiming that I had been "hacked". Amazing to me the lengths companies will go these days to manipulate and delete bad reviews. Will never buy from them again now that I know what kind of business they run.
If I contacted you about the fact that I realized after my purchase how far above market value that you charge for your products would you even care or change your business practice? Of course not. I left a review, not for your sake, but to warn customers to check for the fair value of products before purchasing from your company. Also I left a review within 2 months from purchase (5 months is a total exaggeration). You seem hellbent on trying to change my review but I stand by what I am saying. Another reason why you can't be trusted. Again I received my order late February and I gave a review after being hounded numerous times in May so that is about two months but no matter what I say you want to make me look bad to try and diminish my credibility. It is borderline insane to argue semantics like this over and over with a customer when you are clearly continually stretching the truth. I will never rescind or update my review to a higher score especially after this treatment. Your company price gouges plain and simple. Let it go.

AMAZING selection of hard to find items (KAC NT4!, Surefire SOCOM RC2 and SPS300), and incredibly easy checkout. Keep it up and I won't buy from anyone else ever again.

There are plenty of upper receiver devices out there all the way from $50-$250 plastic or metal. this one is all metal and is made very well, I used it to put a new barrel on my AR it works great!
it is not American made, that's the only downfall.
