We totally understand. But, the nature of what we sell, is so highly regulated, especially the military correct items and export controlled, that creating an account is necessary to fully understand who are customers are. We respect your privacy, but you screen every customer

The website is great, great selection prices are a tad bit high but if you are a true die hard clone replicator have fun trying to source these parts somewhere else. The reason parts are slightly higher than most is because they have them instock and again they are hard to find,

that is pretty much it. Our inventory sits for an average of 300 days, where the local gun store is under 30. For us to carry the inventory, our margin has to be a little higher as our inventory sits longer. "inventory turns" is the business metric. But, we love what we do, and want to do more.

sometimes people make mistakes. We will replace for free and pay the shipping, so start a return at the bottom of our website, under MAKE A RETURN. Comment: I am not sure how that rates a one-star. Sounds like you have not done your part to try to return. Maybe 3 stars?

sorry. We work hard to get things shipped. We tell you up-front that not all orders can be cancelled. Like trying to stop a train after it leaves the station. Anyway, you can return at the bottom of our Website.
