These guys refuse to do business over the phone. You better know exactly what you want before buying because this place damn sure won’t help you and you can forget a simple phone call to help with any questions you have. They only believe in conversations via email. An if you have a return then you’re going to wait a month or more for a refund. I’ll never do business here again for the simple fact that their customer service is nonexistent.

William, I know we have talked on the phone and by email. I hope your experience has improved. We do have a people who answer the phone, but we have moved some to shipping. Our email response is very good. Some communication can only be handled by email, like returns and cancellations. Our policy is posted at the bottom of our website. We try to balance customer service with building shipping and delivering product. Sorry we disappointed.

We offer free shipping for orders over $150. If you are buying that one special part, and it is a small purchase, our shipping costs will seem high. Our business model has high overhead to ship one part, so we try our best to encourage you to add to your order.
