Your website is great, and you sell the type of product I want purchase. I seem to be having issues using my credit card to purchase products from you at this particular moment. If it's on your end, I have to bump this down to three stars, if it's on my end, I have to give you five stars. If the suppressor I'm ordering makes it to my local gun shop in the next three weeks you get six stars. Thanks!

I gave 2 stars for poor/lack of services. It takes over 3 weeks to get the item ship out that's the item is in stock. I received a lot of useless emails with no indication of when the item will be ship. I have to contact them 4 to 5 times to check on the status of my order. In the end they agree to cancel my order but still ship out the item.
My overall experience with Charlies Custom was not good. I would not revisit or refer anyone here.

Good experience with lots of relevant parts - one thing that would make the the experience even better would be for out-of-stock items to automatically be moved to the end of the list or into a separate category. Basically, you get my hopes up too much and I'm constantly let down because items that I "need" are out of stock, lol.

Good price point. But i only ordered 4 mags as the shipping more than doubled once i got to number 5. $25 to ship 5 mags vs $10 to ship 4. Room for improvement

You probably hit over 16 oz. We can send First Class Package under 16 oz, then jumps to Priority Mail. But, hit $150 and you get free shipping. Best deal. Add a few more mags. :)
