virtually impossible to get my order thru, this is 3rd or 4th time I got my order through, only to find out later my order was canceled, or on hold pending verification, or the card I borrowed to use doesn't do their address authentication the same way or whatever. if this doesn't go through I promise you I'm over it, I only hope no one else has to go through what I had to go through to "hopefully" have a successful order that doesn't get denied.

Steven: we don't comment on individual orders, but I will say that our screening is very tight. For new customers, billing addresses must match exactly and billing and shipping must be the same. Because of what we sell, we have a large number of Bad Actors trying to buy military grade merchandise, and our credit card processor requires very tight screening, and adherence to EAR and ITAR regulations for export restrictions. In every case that a customer's order is rejected or held, we provide instructions on how to remedy the hold or how to place a new order.
