I recently purchased a Daniel Defense MK18 with some mods by Charlie's Custom Clones and I love it. I never had a pistol version of an AR-15 before and this was a magnificent intro to the experience. Purchase was easy and the transfer to my FFL was smooth and pretty darn quick. I admit I did not read about the magazine not being included which is not their fault my state laws suck. They were accommodating and professional and I have and will recommend them to friends and family.

I understand that certain things are out of stock due to the pandemic and that getting parts may have been difficult but the parts for my suppressor took longer than the suppressor to receive and that’s just unacceptable. And the customer service is terrible, trying to get ahold of an actual person is near impossible and when you do they say they will check in the status and get back to you and never do. 10 month wait

Thanks for the update. I suspect that the Postal Service was delayed, Many USPS shipments from November, 2020 to April, 2021 had been severely delayed. Glad it all worked out.

Honestly, one of the best buying experiences in my life. I am the kind of guy who never leaves a review, but reads everything. I have seen glowing online comments on Reddit, and snipershide and M4Carbine, and mixed reviews on AR15.com. Seems most people who buy from Charlie's loves CCC. Those who wish Charlies had prices from the 1960s talk trash on AR15.com. I don't get it. But, my experience is what counts. I changed my mind 3 times, and still Mark helped me and then John had to rework my order. Then, my product arrived, and all professionally packaged, just as shown in pics and also got some stickers. HAPPY CAMPER. Charlie, you and your team rock.

Another company advertised that they were selling the Colt ambi safety with short lever. I ordered 3 of them. I then received 3 Schmidt Tool safeties with the long lever on both sides. When I went back to check the ad, the company changed the advertisement. They wanted me to pay return shipping and said that it was my fault that I received the wrong part. Will never do business with them again. I got rid of one of the safeties, but Charlie’s offered to replace one of them as a trade. I got exactly what I wanted from Charlie’s by trading the part from the other company for a real, genuine Colt ambi safety. A+ for Charlie’s.
