I've been shopping on a lot of online stores and Charlie's Custom Clones are by far the one who would notify you of how your order status is. They would send you notification of your order by being packaged, picked up, shipped, transit and delivery. Awesome experience.

The title of item was Gov't Profile Barrel but the description was stated "SOCOM" barrel. Receive a SOCOM barrel instead of Gov't. Talk to the customer service and they admit they made a mistake on description "The real deal 14.5 SOCOM M4 barrel from Colt. What else can we say?"
They depleted SOCOM Barrel and willing to refund instead of backorder to honor mistake.

Update: Charlie's custom clones took charge of the situation and is working with me to remedy the situation. Great job.
Reticle does not come in clear. Product that was listed as kept in stock or ready to ship came almost a month later after funds cleared. Showed up when payments to CREDOVA had to start. The late arrival caused me to overlook that I had to pay in full by 30 days before the product even arrived. Now I’m stuck paying double the value of this late arrival. Feel like I got scammed.

I would not recommend doing business with these people. They mislead you into purchases by saying it ships fast when in reality they take their time and prioritize orders by amount of many spent, how many items you ordered. They do not communicate delays in processing or shipment. One of the worst experiences I've had with an online retailer. If you must order from them make sure you request signature on delivery, You will be held responsible for your package missing.

It was cool that the barrel I wanted was in stock. But the description says I could request what gas block I wanted. However there was no place to type a note so I messaged customer service and the guy I talked to was no help and clearly didn't read my whole message.

Michael: Something sounds amiss here. Our CS team is generally very responsive by email, but if we did somethig you are not happy with, give us a call or send support an email. We will make it right. Some products do not have options, but we do our best to accommodate where we can.
