You guys ship slow, you prompt us for this, but you have a serious holier than thou ego with how you communicate that, and I don't mind waiting for good parts, but I read your website / auto emails about how high quality / "specialized" you were and slow you were with shipping, and the attitude makes me feel like the latter outweighs all else. Cool stickers though.

sorry to dissapoint you. We have asked our communication specialist to take a look at our messsaging. Obviously, we missed the mark. I can assure you there is no ego. We have a small team, and we use the auto-responder emails to give "an answer" that 2 out of 3 times is good enough in the short term. We have a team member review every email or chat that comes in, and if more information is needed, that team member chimes in. We find that better than you waiting two days for any answer, but we are always looking at ways to improve customer service.
