It would be easier if you were able to type in the quantity if you wanted to purchase more than one item rather than having to go to the cart and then edit with the up and down arrows. Not a big deal, but would have been easier especially if the customer has a slower internet speed and it takes a few minutes to update each time you increase the quantity.

I agree with you. I also do not like that the quantity buttons seem backwards.
We have some flexibility using a common ecommerce platform, verses something we build and maintain. We have to take somethings as given, and at least not worry that the Website is down. It is a balance. Hope you found what you were looking for

Sorry to dissapoint you, Adam. I think we try to let our customers know that two weeks is about normal time to ship a fireram with the surge in orders across the industry. Also, the FFL compliance. We tell our customers to expect two weeks from the time we clear the FFL. This is not just us, this is an industry issue. And, right now, in September, we are one of the only shops that have pistols, and the one you ordered is out of stock everywhere. Super high demand. I would hope you would not hold that against us. I hope you enjoy your Geissele firearm. You were lucky to get one when you did. Wait times are now 3 months.

yeah, the online stuff can be brutal. Honestly, we ignore it. I think we found 6 real customers and 4 of the 6 had great things to say about us, and were quickly shutdown by the grumpy old men who moderate that forum. Thanks for the kind words. Ted is awesome, so is the rest of the team. They are working overtime and not getting much sleep

Ordered a fast ship in stock item that they didn’t actually have, requested my order be canceled when I found that out and they said they’d refund it but never did. I attempted to contact them a few times after that in the following months but got no response and my account here was blocked lol. Finally was able to get in touch with them a few weeks ago and after going back and forth about the refund they offered to give me a $120 store credit for my $100 spent. I’ve heard a lot of bad things about Charlie’s, they’re all true, most of their items are crazy overpriced and I won’t be using them again but they didn’t have to give me the extra credit and did so that was pretty nice of them all things considered.

I probably would've genuinely enjoyed them for use on my LFT 2 point sling, BUT I was sent 1.25 QDs that weren't even Blue Force Gear parts. After finally being able to contact someone by e-mail. I was argued with to begin. I was told it would cost nearly as much as the product did initially to get them shipped back to them to be replaced. I just said screw it and ordered another set directly from BFG. I spend close to 25,000 a year on parts and components and I will not spend my money with Charlie's again. WRONG PARTS. FROM THE WRONG MANUFACTURE, **** CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AN ATTEMPT TO MAKE THE CUSTOMER PAY FOR THEIR SCREW UP.
