Not exactly Chris, but even your review is being published. Your conversation started by repeating a rant on social media that called us "scammers." Not the best way to start your first purchase with us, but you got your 1-star review. We start with a empathy and trust of our customers, and hope they do they same.

I am not sure why. Maybe the credit card system was having a bad day. Usually pretty fast. We do have very tight screening as part of our credit card system, so your billing address must 100% match what your bank has on file, it checks your location and compares to your billing address.

Your website is great, and you sell the type of product I want purchase. I seem to be having issues using my credit card to purchase products from you at this particular moment. If it's on your end, I have to bump this down to three stars, if it's on my end, I have to give you five stars. If the suppressor I'm ordering makes it to my local gun shop in the next three weeks you get six stars. Thanks!

I gave 2 stars for poor/lack of services. It takes over 3 weeks to get the item ship out that's the item is in stock. I received a lot of useless emails with no indication of when the item will be ship. I have to contact them 4 to 5 times to check on the status of my order. In the end they agree to cancel my order but still ship out the item.
My overall experience with Charlies Custom was not good. I would not revisit or refer anyone here.
