Order took over 3 weeks to ship. I asked them to cancel it after two weeks and they told me they would not. I have the emails and will be filing a case with BBB.

sorry. We work hard to get things shipped. We tell you up-front that not all orders can be cancelled. Like trying to stop a train after it leaves the station. Anyway, you can return at the bottom of our Website.
