Geez Louise. Sorry we did not meet your expectations, but also, wow. I do not do this often, but your experience looked odd. Turns out we shipped in 2 days. The package took 1 day to be picked up. You purchased two items. One is quoted as "fast ship" and the other quoted as shipping in 5 to 8 days. So, shipping in 2 days is exceeding expectations. UPS took 6 days to deliver, on a 3-day express, so they did not meet their SLA, but it is also right before Thanksgiving, so they are starting to get busy. So, we took 2 days to ship, 1 day holding for UPS, and UPS took 5 days to deliver, so package was delivered in 10 days (or 8 business days), not bad. Could be better, but brother, don't pull a Joe Biden on the truth and sell the public it took 2+ weeks, when it was well under 2 weeks. And, sorry, brother, but if this is the "worst experience ever," I am shocked. We are not Amazon, but I think we did okay. Hope your find an online shop that appreciates your rants more than we do. We are just people too, and life is too short. And, for the sake of other readers, we do pull our team off the phones when we get busy, but we return the emails we need to. I looked, we have no emails from Roger and no online chats from Roger. If we did, we still would not have much to say. We try to let our automated emails provide reasonable updates when shipped, and when delayed, etc.
