If you have plenty of time to wait charlies custom clones is fine otherwise I'd order elsewhere. I've read many other reviews of this issue unfortunately. Non existent customer service, and non existent stock. Seems as though things are regularly out of stock and claimed to be in stock. Once you order you'll be expected to wait for them to get their order in to send it to you. Rooftop defense is actually in stock, ships faster, and will actually respond to customer inquiry.

Sorry you had a bad experience. We have our ups and downs. Running a small business is harder than it might seem. We do not always have the products in stock, but if we show it in stock, it should be there. Customer service is pretty average for our industry. We do have online chat, which goes to email if we are not there. The other company does not. We do have telephone support, and the other guys don't have a number listed. We did have to take a guy off the phones and put him on shipping. We are hiring a new support lead to fix some faster replies and phone support. I hope you try us again. You can see that we publish good reviews and bad reviews.

Had trouble at check out. After electing chepest shipping option system continued to default to most expensive - 3 times. Finally got system to take my option. I had told myself - once more and i delete the purchase before paying.

Not sure what's up with that. You should contact our support team. You should have a variety of shipping options to choose from.

Always received exactly what I’ve ordered in a timely manner. Some items on the website are definitely price gouged imo, but on most of the clone related stuff they save you the leg work snd do it themselves, thus the markup.
