Great customer service gentleman I spoke with was very knowledgeable and helpful with various questions I had for my build. Not many companies out there with the patience for customers with questions or concerns that lack full knowledge of firearms and parts. Thanks for the comments. We try to spend time on the front-end with customers. We cannot always do by phone, but also have email and chat. We know you come to us for a reason. We are not the Walmart of firearms dealers.

We hear you. I am not sure what is different from the customer end. For us, we cannot message you about your order without an account. Probably a limitation of our ecommerce engine. Also, while we value your privacy, and your data goes nowhere, we have an obligation to screen our customers, as we sell military correct items, and we are required to check emails and addresses and names to make sure we are not selling to bad guys, and also to protect our customers from credit card fraud. You can opt out of our Rewards program, and unsubscribe to any promotional emails.

Great feedback. We do offer targeted discounts for vets, active duty and law enforcement. Mostly in the pistols, optics and suppressor categories. Some long-range rifles. Not on parts.
