I placed my order for a URGI clone on June 7. On July 2nd I was informed that they had sent the lower to the wrong place and were working on having it re-sent back to the correct destination. Fair enough. But ten days later and I haven’t gotten an update after specifically requesting to be kept in the loop. I only learned recently of their reputation, unfortunately. If I don’t receive an update soon I’m probably going to go to my bank to see what options I have. I’ve tried calling their number but they insist on email which has already failed so **** playing that game.

I've only purchased from Charlie's a couple of times but they have all been short, sweet and to the point. What I am looking for is typically in stock or on quick back-order, the prices are fair even in the face of rampant inflation and I've even requested personal assitance from the web page chat prompt a time or two. It certainly appears this company has its act together so I have no reason to listen to all the negativity aimed at Charlie's. Until or unless it all falls apart and the place starts being run by a pack of degenerate commies, I'll continue to shop there. I'm satisfied.... FULL STOP!
