It would be nice if someone would answer the phone for questions probably would have spent a little more money but not knowing the exact part I needed was not helpful.

Thanks for your feedback. It is a tough balance between phone and online chat. We do have phone support, but try to put our phone support focused on customers that need help in making a choice, and provide that in-store experience for larger purchases. For parts, while we sell a lot of parts, we never started out to be a parts store, but had parts for our builds. Even the pure-play parts companies, like Brownells or Midway do not have real experts available to the phone.
For customer support, after the sale, we rely mostly on chat and email. Many online gun sales operations offer no phone support. It is expensive to get gun guys on the phone, and that means higher operating costs and prices. We try to achieve a reasonable balance, but it will never be right for everyone.

Sorry to hear that. We publish our expected wait times for most products, and we do a reasonably good job at hitting those times. Sometimes, as a small shop, we have items that take longer, and many items are made to order. Being fast is not our core strength. We are generally not bad, but we put customer service, quality merchandise and great selection ahead of speed.

It took a while for the items to ship and Charlieās bombards you with tons of emails. Some are relevant to your order but most are just pointing you back to the site for more shopping. Overall I am satisfied with my products, but the company was a bit overbearing to deal with.
