Thanks for sharing. We are always looking for improvement. I will say that fast has never been our strength. Selection and Customer Service are priority #1. Being reasonable in pricing and shipping times is next. Our experience is you can be great at one, good at two, and sometimes reasonable at three, but never going to be great at all four. FYI, we are constantly looking for ways to ship faster, and have moved small parts to a third party warehouse, and keep complex builds and scopes and rifles at our core facility. We are continuing to look for efficiencies to move faster. As an 8 person team, we do our best.
