Well, thanks for your feedback. The rewards have an entire year before expiring, which is similar to many airline programs. We use a third-party application for our rewards, and some things we cannot control. We also have a tier rewards provision that gives even better deals when you shop more. We also just added points for leaving a review, so now that will reward you more !

Make sure you read the fine print. Wouldn’t refund my product a day after I bought due to not needing it. Also took almost a month to even get the product. So if you need something quick, find another place.
