If you have a problem with free shipping, pls contact our support staff. It is available for all orders over $150, excluding full rifles, large PDW style pistols and ammo.
Due to limitations on how our system is designed, we can only process one coupon per order. Less of a policy than just how our Website works. Like many small businesses, we use a common e-commerce provider and do not custom code the e-commerce system

It was impossible to reach anyone by phone so I got stuck talking to some computer chat box, that not surprisingly was no help whatsoever. I don’t want to deal with a company that doesn’t believe in personal service. I will not be shopping your site again, there are too many alternative sites that will pick up the phone.

A thallus, we do believe in providing the best customer service, especially helping you make the right purchase decisions. We do rely up some automated replies for post purchase questions and encourage email. During the Holidays, we unfortunately must make hard decisions with a very small team and reassign people to support our build team by taking on tasks like picking orders, boxing up and shipping, as that becomes mission #1. Exceptions to getting orders out the door with suffer temporarily while we attend to shipping. Keep in mind that very few small firearms shops provide online chat or even have a phone to call. I hope you will return in 2024 when our order rush calms down.
