Not sure, I ordered this several months ago and never received any notices pertaining to the order, and then out of no where I get an email stating that my order is awaiting payment along with a significant price increase on one of the items.

Hi William, looks like one of the four items had a small price increase. We shutdown our credit card system in October, and just brought it back online in late March, and one manufacturer had a price increase during that time. So, your earlier order was not paid, and will be cancelled. I apologize for the inconvenience. We were all hands on deck just moving, and the Website was not supposed to take orders, and then we shutdown the website to avoid confusion. It was a very tough process. I will check to make sure we have those items in stock.

I dont know why they have good reviews here when everywhere else they have bad reviews. BBB gave them a F so here's my experience. I order from them on mid nov of 2025. they did not fill my order just show pending its now mid march of 2026. not a single reply from my email inquires about eta. this company did not fill the order, nor refund, nor respond. dont be fooled by these reviews search reddit, Facebook, BBB and see they dont fill their orders.

We did not take your money in November. We were shutdown for six months and started reaching to customers when we reopened at our new location in mid-March. And, BBB gives nobody an A, unless you pay them. BBB is a scam.
