Caveat: I’ve had mixed experiences with CCC as far as shipping times go. Not this time. Ordered on a Sunday, delivered on Tuesday. Been looking for a URX 3.1 for a while and have seen beat up or spray painted ones sold for more than this one new in package.

I’ve placed two separate orders with Charlie’s. The first went smoothly, and I received my items as expected, though shipping took a bit longer than advertised. Unfortunately, my second experience has been very poor. I canceled the order the following day and received prompt confirmation that it was canceled and that a refund would be issued shortly. It’s now been over a month, and I still haven’t received the refund.
I’ve tried reaching out at least 20 times, but their phone lines and chat are just AI bots that redirect you to email—and I haven’t received a single response to my emails in four weeks. Based on this experience, I would be very cautious about purchasing from Charlie’s. If you can find the items you need elsewhere, I’d recommend shopping there instead.
