Thanks for asking: Good news is that you guys have the best selection and customer service on the planet. Okay news is that prices are not as low as I would like. Sort of bad news is that shipping costs were a little high. I paid $7.98 for a small part.

thanks for your balanced review. All are true. We try to be the best place to find what you need. That often means that we have to carry a lot more inventory that other shops who might be out of stock, which reflects a higher cost of doing business for some items. For shipping, we are not designed to be that place you go for one small part. We have a highly skilled team and they shift from building to shipping, and our cost to handle one small part is much higher than robots at Amazon of a large minimum wage warehouse. You will find our shipping costs do not go up by much as you add to your cart, so you are paying for the first item to pick-pack-ship. Also, we offer free shipping at a certain threshold of purchases for most items. Very few customers come to us to order one item. We try to give you so much selection that you will buy more. :)
