Was very unhappy with how long it took to ship out an upper it was almost a month for something that just needed to be thrown in the box. Never received strait answers on when it would ship until I was threatening to cancel my order. The product is great but I would not order from this website again

Brian: Sorry you had such a rough time. As one of our team members explained to you, this is more than just taking a box and throwing it into another box. Not much more, but we separate the upper from the lower, as the complete rifle comes to us, and we sell each separately. So, while your order is straight forward, we have one guy who handles all shop work right now, and there are other jobs in front of yours, and I think we explained that to you, but I know explaining does not help. We also have to make a change in our ATF books to show that the rifle is now a lower. Additionally, we are one of the few shops that does sell this product into California, so we do have an extra set of eyes on all CA shipments. As you know, many shops just do not take CA orders. We do. I hope you return.
