I placed an order for the scope rings and during the checkout process the shipping kept defaulting to a $65 UPS signature confirmation delivery option despite selecting a $15 USPS delivery option through every step of the process. After checking it to make sure the right option was selected BEFORE placing the order, the order went through and showed the site charged me $65 for shipping. I immediately sent an email to the suggested email address requesting a partial shipping refund and to down grade the shipping option. Imagine this…… I never received a response and they shipped it out two days later despite my request. I have a UPS business account and the service that it was shipped as only costs $25. Not $65. Just know that this can and will happen if you want to checkout on their site.

Brought items for a build here because I thought they had everything I needed to finish my build purchase was made at the beginning of October 2024 received my items February 2025 never again.

Sorry for the delay, I see that one item was on back-order, and unfortunately, so was everyone else. Sometimes with clone parts, the manufacturer makes a run of a given part once a year or maybe every 6 months. We do not mean to have backorders, but we also allow customers to cancel without a penalty if they do not want to wait. I hope you try us again.

Thanks for sharing your feedback. We do offer free shipping on most items with a purchase of over $150. We also find that for those who do not spend $150, most people will buy a few items. The highest cost for us is the labor to pick-pack-ship, so you will notice that shipping does not go up much as you add to your cart. Otherwise, glad you like our selection, and hope to see you again soon.
