Absolute dog sh$&. I ordered a part for a b&t which I wanted to cancel. Customer service never refunded the part and will not respond to any emails. Only option now is to dispute with credit card company. ABSOLUTELY DON’T BUY FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY. It’s all fraud.

Never received what I bought due to USPS failure, however the item automatically got returned to this store but I never got refunded. And now even get ghosted when asked for an update. So now this store has the item and my money I guess I now have officially been scammed by this store it seems. Buyer beware.. Especially overseas. Sad
