I like the product selection available on the site. They advertise to carry difficult to find, sought after items. The layout and navigation of the site has been executed well. When accessing customer service, in my past with having to engage with them has been pretty expedient. Quick to get back to you and get you an answer or provide that guidance that you seek. Given the industry and how other vendors and manufacturers can be, its nice to know that someone if not a staff is there (American based) to provide customer service when call upon. Overall no complaints on my end with dealing with Charlie's.

Good to hear we got your shipment to Europe. As for emails, some think we do not let them know enough about status, some say we over-communicate, it is tough to hit a balance. We agree that we over communicate, but here in the US, Domino's Pizza has made it a thing to watch a graphic tell you as your pizza is being made, so we do our best to keep customers up to date. Good news, exports will be easier going forward
