They had what I needed and got it out fast. Their shipping and handling fees are a little outrageous especially when you buy a small item, charging $35 to ship a very small item that fits in a small priority mail box is a bit much.
Products and service are great, but the shipping is what typically keeps them at the bottom of my list.

Alexander, glad we had what you needed and you are happy. We actually offer free shipping with a $150 purchase. It looks like you only ordered 1 part, and I will agree, we are not setup to ship that "one small part" as our operation is small and focused on building rifles, and we have other parts to offer customers like you. Your shipping was $31.69, not $35.00, and you chose to have signature required service from UPS. We do offer much less expensive shipping, usually around $10 for USPS, but some customers choose to upgrade.

This was hard to find since it's vintage. Normally I've seen these are listed around $300 but nobody has this in stock anywhere. Luckily this site had one. However I had to pay the $400 mark-up which is insane. But I knew if I didn't get it..then who knows when I'll get it next time. This is for the custom M4 replica from MGS4 I wanted as my first AR-15 ;)

Kristopher, to clarify, you paid $400 for a Knights Armament part, not a $400 mark up. We checked our prices against others, which is hard to do, since we were the only shop that has this part, but other shops selling the same part had a similar price, and some had last years' price, and probably have not corrected their price as they have not had stock for 12 to 18 months. Hard to compare. Either way, we are happy you did business with us. We do our best to find items that are hard to find, or buy in large quantities, so that people who need what we have can find it. If you are looking to start a custom clone project or need authentic quality colt parts then CCC is your answer! I’ve ordered twice from them and let me tell you, the shipping was very quick! MSRP is wrong for DD M4A1 FDE RIS. They inflated the price to make it look like you are saving money. I only use Charlie’s as a last resort.

Prices are going up, and nobody likes to see that. When we are able to make a reduction, we will, but we also have to follow manufacturer's guidelines. Certainly we would rather be the first place you shop, but I suppose shop here when they find others are out of stock.

Great selection, top notch products. First time buying from your shop, I put my FFL info in the comments section of the shipping info. Only suggestion would be to maybe clarify for first time customers where to upload FFL info? Other than that, really great selection, I definitely hope to return again.

thanks. totally agree that we need to make the FFL process more streamlined. We use a third party ecommerce tool, so that we do not have run our own servers and IT people, but that also limits some flexibility, and one of those is how we handle FFL information. It is on our list.
