I love to shop on your site. The packaging is terrible. We buy garland every year from you and it is always stuck to the tape. We loose part of the strand because it stuck to the tape and we have to rip it off.

I wish I could give a good review because I thought the ornaments I ordered were very cute however they arrived seriously dirty, like they've been rolling around on a filthy dirty warehouse floor. The ornaments are supposed to look like they are flocked with snow but instead arrived flocked in dirt. I was planning on mailing these to friends for Christmas but I can't think of anyway I could attempt to clean them without ruining them. I for the life of me have no idea why Christmas Central would even box these up and ship these to a customer like this. Very disappointing.

I had ordered 6 boxes of lights and one came smashed to pieces. I wrote them and got a response in the next couple days that they had refunded my money on that box and had searched for a replacement with no luck. I appreciate what they have done and how they have looked for me.

One set of stocking holders were completely shattered because the packaging material was missing from the box. The second set was intact, but they were so cheaply made and shoddy looking that I would never use them in my house. Not worth a fraction of what they cost. The intact set was donated to a charity thrift shop. Calls to customer service were not answered. All my money was lost. I would not recommend this site to anyone, except that a previous purchase of four stockings was just perfect. When I completed the survey the first time, I received a notice from the survey company that someone from customer service would be contacting me. That never happened. So in my experience, the products are inconsistent, some quality, some cheap and shoddy, but the customer service is consistent, consistently DEPLORABLE!
