Sent me the wrong items, which I only discovered upon opening the package. After contacting the company I was informed that my original purchase items were both out of stock. I was frustrated that I had not been informed of this at any point in the purchasing or shipping process, and that the emails notifying me my package had shipped listed the originally purchased items, not what was actually in the package when it arrived. If I had been notified earlier, either by the shop site listing the items as out of stock, or via email like the shipping updates, I could have dealt with the issue myself rather than be sent items that I did not choose and can not use for the purpose I needed. Luckily, I was able to get refunded, but it’s upsetting how this experience turned out.
