Product is fine. However, I never received a confirmation of my order and had to call re same. I would like a receipt so I can be reimbursed by group whom I purchased candles for. I must have to get reimbursed. Actually need to order additional candles.

My package came damaged with poor padding, luckily none broke. As well as this, the order was incorrect with 1" ornaments shipped for 2 5/8" and spindle ornaments sent different from those pictured. The customer service rep. was rude, said they had the replacement 2 5/8" ornaments and would replace them. A week later, I received a notice they were out of stock. She did credit the last two mentioned items, but if this is the kind of packing and service from a company who are supposed to be "the" Christmas supplier, I will probably not use them again. I have ordered and received much better service in the past, but am not likely to try again.

Great trees. I added lights and peeler bead ornaments along with a plaid tree skirt for my granddaughter’s school teachers as their Christmas gifts. They look great. My granddaughter is so excited to give them to her teachers

The two Ultricht Nutcrackers I ordered were packaged well, received earlier than predicted and absolutely beautiful! I will be back, as these two Nutcrackers start a collection for my granddaughter. Great experience start to finish.

I was suprised the lights worked after I received the package. The lights work great and were exactly what I was lookinf for. The problem was the shipping, 3 boxes were placed in a shipping bag, when i got them all three bowex were trashed. Looked like they were thrown aroung and heavy objects were placed on top of the bag. Maybe package lights into box and they would not be trashed but the lights work just fine.

I couldn't find the right voltage bulbs anywhere - I used them to replace a year-round decorative string light set I found at Target and they work perfect.
I also did a price check/comparison and this was the most affordable option by $1.75 when I bought them in Sept of 2021. (Shipping included in that pricing!)
Thank you so much.
