The ease of ordering, the products, the prices, and the delivery service is rated a 5 star. Literally whenever you order, you receive said order either the next day or two days after. Delivery service is exactly on the date they state. The reason I gave them a 4 star instead of a 5 star is because of what I experienced. I saw a picture of two ornaments and thought I was getting two ornaments for the price quoted. Now the description of the ornaments did not say how many ornaments you would be getting. So, I assumed I was getting two. But, in reality, I got one. However, Christmas Central did compensate me by sending me a free gift. I will continue to shop at Christmas Central, not because of the free gift, but because I truly think they are a great place to buy Christmas decorations. By the way, I compared their prices with Amazon, Ebay, and Walmart and got a much better deal with Christmas Central.

I ordered a plain wreath base to construct my own last month. The first time around our mail carriers delivered it to the wrong house. I waited a couple of days to see if it would show up but it never did. I contacted CC online and talked to a gentleman over a chat and he was super kind and empathetic. He gave me the option of a refund or replacement and I got the 2nd wreath no problem a few days later.

The green lights are not 100% green. The bulbs are half clear. Not the look I was going for.

The 6 battery operated christmas wreaths I ordered are perfect and arrived in excellent condition and on time. I will be ordering a christmas tree from Christmas central in October to beat the christmas rush this season.

The quality of 7 out of 9 items was so poor. So cheaply made. I ordered 1 Garland and 8 wreaths. I'm returning all but 2 wreaths. All of the returned items were sparsely made. Very disappointed in the quality of these items.
