THE worst customer service ever! They screwed up, sent the wrong order and then proceeded to say they couldn't send a replacement order. So because THEY messed up I didn't get what I ordered and obv messed up another person's order as well! They did offer a refund, suggested I place ANOTHER order and HOPEFULLY they wouldn't mess this one up! LOL, fool me once.....

Apart from UPS losing a part of my order...which you promptly credited my account for, customer service has been excellent and shipping times good. Thank you

Item arrived broken and in about 3+ pieces. We glued it back together. It sort of shows, but that may be because I know what it looked like before repair. Like others, I wonder if broken before shipment. Box was undamaged.
