I love the item and price, but it’s a very heavy and delicate figurine that was packed so poorly, that pieces broke off by the time it arrived. The air cushion was not taped to the figurine plus half of the box was left empty so the contents were able to fly around all over the place during shipment. I would not feel comfortable shopping here again.

The Christmas balls I ordered were just the color I was looking for to put on our St. Patrick's Day tree. I received them promptly.

My order was delivered in a short time and it was exactly as advertised.

I found Christmas Central as I searched for gnomes at Target. Christmas Central had really cute gnomes at sale prices. I ordered 4 items. I got received 4 items. One item (16" Red and Ivory Gnome Young Girl Tabletop Christmas Figurine - 31750060 NORTHLIGHT YJ14734B 1 $4.99 was a boy gnome instead of a girl but of equal value so that was okay. One item, however, (24" Red and Gray Young Girl Gnome Christmas Tabletop Decoration - 31753051NORTHLIGHT YJ14731 B 1 $9.49 ) had a very obvious broken leg, completely detached from the body. The other two items were just fine. And they were all cute and well made.
I e-mailed Christmas Central about the broken leg and received a good response to my problem. I received another 24 inch girl gnome but this one had a broken neck and leg. Only the broken leg was very obvious, once again being completely detached from the body. I rewrote and let Christmas Central know it was broken but that we would try to repair them.
I was happy enough with the gnomes received that I placed another order of 3 gnomes. I received 2 gnomes only and my credit card was billed the whole price. I had reordered the girl gnome (One item (16" Red and Ivory Gnome Young Girl Tabletop Christmas Figurine - 31750060 NORTHLIGHT YJ14734B 1 $4.99 )for which I had received the boy
but once again I got the girl. I also ordered a boy and girl gnomes with helmet hats (12.25" Cheerful Young Girl Gnome in Red Puffy Winter Coat and Gray Hat Christmas Decoration - 31752231

I once again wrote to Christmas Central. Today I received two boxes. I got another girl helmet hat gnome instead of a boy which I am okay with. I also received another replacement 24 inch girl gnome, but this one has 2 broken legs. However, at least these were attached to the body.
I know this is all too confusing to follow. I'll try to put it more
clearly.
I had two orders of 7 items.
(1) Two of the items were boys instead of the girls, I ordered. I wanted one boy, one girl.) But they were both in good repair and I didn't ask for a replacement.
(2) I ordered 2 24 inch gnomes, boy and girl. I got both but the girl had a broken leg. Two replacement girl gnomes also are damaged.
(3) I ordered 2 helmet hat gnomes, boy and girl. I did not receive the boy. But after writing to Christmas Central,I received another girl of the same value. I accept that.
At this point, I feel I have gotten my moneys worth but think there were too many problems for such small orders. I wonder if the not getting the boy or girl ordered weren't because they were out of stock yet not removed from the website.
I was happy with the responses that I got when I wrote to complain even though they had to start to question my truthfulness after all the problems. (I did take pictures of the broken 24 inch gnome girls.) I also took a picture of the box the two smaller gnomes came in to show that the 3 I ordered would not have fit into it.
In the end, I think I got great merchandise for a great price when it worked out. I also think I had great customer service people. I don't think I will order from Christmas Central again for quite awhile. But I must tell you that I laughed out loud when the 3rd 24 inch girl gnome came broken.

I purchased Valentine lights and they arrived quickly. I had one set of lights that weren't working properly and they took care of it the same day. I plan on ordering more lights.

Many of the ornaments were damaged. I'm going to try to repair them with cement/paste for mosaics and then paint them. I was so surprised to see holes in them, such pretty ornaments. I was very sad.
Poor packaging.

I found so many great things at this store! The various colors and array of Christmas lights is awesome. This is my 2 Nd purchase from here and now I know where to head this holiday season. I have only had good experiences here.
