I ordered some glass Christmas ornaments. When I took them out of the shipping box, six of them were broken.

purchased candy themed ornaments. packed very well but sugar daddy broken in 3 pieces. called and spoke to heather (she was cheery and helpful) and received replacement ornament which was also broken (no stick). sugar daddy is a sucker with a stick. perhaps I am the only one old enough to know that. oh well, I guess they lack quality control. sure glad I found this out now before next christmas. other than that, remainder of ornaments are lovely; colorful and made well.

All my lights worked except 1/2 strand of one. I jiggled the lights and they came on. Hopefully they will work when I put them up!
