Your shopping experience was great but your product was not as quality as those that I have in my windows prior. I have bought very quality rope heart light that were larger and heavier. they were also not nearly as expensive as the ones I bought from you company. I thought that was what I was getting. I am disappointed and would like to return them but there is no instructions or any paper work in the package.
