The item that I received was broken. I called and was told by customer service that I would receive a refund for the item. This was a week ago I believe and I still have not received the refund or an email saying that the refund is in process.

One of my window stars died this Christmas season, so had to order another one. It cost a little more than the last time I bought one, but with 45's tariffs that was to be expected I guess. I wish shipping & handling could be included in the price somehow. I hate shipping & handling. Other than that, I will continue to by from Christmas Central when I need to.

You sent the two strings of pink lights, it instead of one string of red lights someone sent a tourquise glittered metal ornament geometric 8” tall. No paperwork inside box to assist in contact or return. What gives?
